★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr guy is an awesome doctor but the reception team is not helpful at all.. always a day or two waiting for an appointment and have waited for up to a week to be seen once.. the reception need to learn some bloody manners and try being helpful

A family member required a repeat prescription. I rang and spoke to the receptionist to ask for the repeat prescription. The first comment I received from the receptionist was this is what we didn't want to happen, how many did they have left?, they had sent emails out. In other words should have been asked for before Xmas.
For your information receptionist there was a legitimate reason this was unable to be requested before Xmas. I feel that this was not your jurisdiction to scrutinise a prescription request or comment on when you didn't know all the facts and didn't need to know them. I did get put
through to the nurse and left a message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing 1st time experience, GPs (Dr. Rebecca and Dr. guy) both are truly caring and very patience, always happy to answer for all your enquires, Best part is the Receptionists have big smile on their face, also happy and kind. Glad to get enrolled here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist needs to get their facts straight regarding red light visits. Missed an appointment in person after being told over the phone that the doctor would call me! Missed opportunity there!!
Takes about 1-2 weeks notice just to get an appointment if you’re lucky!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 1 star rating is for the reception staff. I called to make a booking for my daughter, was number 20 in the queue after on hold for 16 minutes as soon as I was 1 I was cut off. I called back and was back at the queue at 20, waited 20 minutes this time around. Thankfully I got through when I informed the receptionist she didn't even acknowledge it. The doctors are amazing but better systems need to be in place for booking appointments during these times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with this medical centre for nearly 20 years. Doctors and nurses are fantastic. What lets this centre down is not being able to get an appointment within the same week. When I recently discussed this with one of the receptionists, the answer was 'that is not true'. You need to call at 8.15am in the morning. When you have young children and are already at work at 8.15am, it is not always feasible to call at that time. I suggest you read your reviews, they are all the same. Great doctors, but can't get an appointment.
