β β β β β Very unprofessional. Undertook to live stream my father's funeral then didn't. I had to join a messenger chat and couldn't see much. When I rang up afterward there was no apology, only justifications and excuses. Ruined what could have been a special experience.

They worked hard to ensure those in the family that were able to attend the viewings and send Dad off were accommodated, whilst still following the limits on numbers.
