★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child was upset about climbing and didnt want to after i had already paid..we ended up leaving and the lovely human not sure of her name blonde blue eyes gave us a refund as we never climbed... bless your heart thank you for being a decent human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives: Really like the system they have that you don't need another human to harness you up, and there are plenty of different walls. The staff are also really attentive and helpful.
Negatives: There is no air conditioning so it is very hot in the summer. Nearly all customers are kids though, so it is a bit awkward climbing as an adult. Also, the walls aren't that high - outdoor climbing is more fun, but far less convenient.

Thank you so much for the kind service 10/10. We came in with our 4year old & he was so good at explaining everything to her & going the extra mile by putting her harness back on every time she needed to take it off. He truely is an asset to your company & I wish he gets commended for his customer service. Couldn’t have met a better person. Thank you so so much for your great service 1000000/10 ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit crowded as it is just one pretty small room. Still fun place for kids. Pity the location is a bit far from the city centre and therefore a bit of a hassle to get to for tourists like us. But there is a bus that gets you there.

Great place to take a kid for an afternoon.
They can climb by themselves as you just clip them in and don’t need to stand underneath.
Huge vertical slide which is fun for adults as well.
