★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know it's not the motels fault, but Friday nights at the pub is a nightmare. Music, motorbikes and the singing, it loud. But like I said, I know its not the motel. But that spoiled my stay a bit.

The place looks like a great locale coupled with the handy cafes and pub across the road so I will stay on a return visit when I've moved out of Hawkes Bay later this year ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and comfortable. Kaye, owner very helpful lady. Our dog loved her stay too with very secure grounds. Pub over the road a bit noisy one night. Would stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed here 6 nights to bike the Hawkes Bay cycle tracks. It was the perfect location for easy access to all tracks. Kaye, the owner/manager, was just lovely - so helpful and friendly. The unit was very clean and serviced daily (including refills of tea, coffee & even biscuits!). The bed was very comfortable and the pub across the road offered great meals at reasonable prices.
