Q: What sort of content can we stream onto the big screen?
A: Local or national music and music video playlists, local advertising and in store information, national advertising, TV commercials, suppliers product information, news, weather and social comment, calendar, etc, promotions with regional or national pricing, live feeds from mobile phones or social networks, footage from a camera and uploaded videos, and content from integrations with SAP or other systems and apps.
Q: Do you guys do the set up?
A: Yes we do. We supply the hardware and software plus full training on the system.
Q: How do I get started on the designs?
A: The templates are designed by Cloud Digital Media in liaison with the client and once complete are empty wireframes to be populated with media, either images, video or web content. Anybody can use it once the templates are created.
Q:How does the technology work?
A: The technology has been 10 years in the making and uses proprietary software designed by Cloud Digital Media specifically for the purpose which has no reliance on internet streaming to display the content. This means no downtime caused by lagging as is often seen with streaming services.

Q: We need help with positioning and installation of the screens. Is this something you do?
A: Absolutely. This is part of the package. We are experts in dealing with huge crowds at a concert right through to handling a quiet restaurant in a local neighbourhood. We support all our clients 100% and always ensure the clients needs are met and that they are 100% happy.
