β β β β β Terrible experience with CMG motorcycles.
Purchased a CF moto 300SR from Phil as a LAMS approved bike on my learners. After trying to insure the bike with my insurance company, I found out that this was not a Lams approved bike. Phil suggested I ride it anyway and disregard the law. Currently in the process of taking them to the disputes tribunal as they will not refund even though the consumer guarantees act clearly states that a refund is available if A consumer purchases something with a false description. Commerce commission have confirmed they will launch an investigation as they have the CFMoto 300nk on their website as a LAMS approved bike when it also is not listed with NZTA as LAMS approved. NZTA have confirmed that the company are trying to rush the paperwork through to get this approved.
Would not recommend purchasing through this dealership.
