I visited Christchurch over the Christmas break and made it to a couple casual classes with Norm and Ryan as the trainers.
They were super encouraging and keen to help with technique. As visitor, they made me feel incredibly welcome and part of the team.
Looking forward to making it back down and joining for another class!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly life changing. While I have always been active, once I left the world of organised sport I was at a bit of a loss as to what to do! After trying normal gyms, I couldn't get in the swing of things and struggled with motivation. I didn't like attending classes and didn't know what to do as I still wanted to stay active. F45 Christchurch has the BEST trainers, they are so accommodating and are not only just trainers but also friends and mentors, I can often go to any of the trainers for advice in any aspect of my life, not just training habits! The system of F45 enables me to get an effective workout in, in an efficient amount of time. I would recommend it to anyone, it doesn't matter about your level of fitness, anyone can give it a go and find it effective. Often one of the highlights of my day!

F45 enables me to get the most from my workouts in a short amount of time and sets me up for the day. I love how you just turn up and workout. To top it off the trainers are AMAZING and super motivating. Thanks Team!!

I absolutely love training at the City Studio. The trainers are super friendly, they are always there to support you and push you to do a bit more.
Great workouts, great music, great community!
I guess after nearly 6 years I can safely say I'm hooked. :)
