Her level of understanding of where you're at and where you're going is a reflection of her ability to get to know you, your kids and your goals.

The ideas she provides and the way in which she makes you think deeper about different aspects of teaching and learning is great. Her staff meetings are always interactive and are extremely relevant but best of all they are fun and you go away feeling like you have actually learned and achieved something! It is nice to work with someone who is recently out of the classroom herself and knows the struggles of the day to day pressures of teaching. I would recommend Kate a million times over.
