★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks Gillian for my lovely Christmas thumb nails yesterday. I am not the best photographer but hope this gives people an idea of the great work Gillian can do. I had a wonderful pedicure and gel manicure yesterday. I had the most awful cracked heels and in such a short time Gillian has got them looking great and I don't have to feel ashamed to get out there for the summer and show my feet off. Thanks Gillian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancee placed a booking 1 month in advance to get waxing a few days before our wedding. Gillian suddenly cancelled almost a week before the appointment. When trying to reschedule with her she didn't responded for a few days so we had to book in with someone else which was difficult because it's so short notice. Disappointing customer service.
