I have had nothing but respect and helpful assistance whenever I have been in their shop.
They could not be more accommodating.
I have been there when certain customers have been less than agreeable.
They were dealt with in a respectful and accommodating manner, without offense.

I order my daughter birthday cake online suppose to collect itSaturday, we call to postpone to Monday .( due to some issues) We came Tuesday to collect. We pay the hole amount , our friend invited, my litter daughter dress waiting for her birthday cake .
Guess what : when we arrive to the shop , they told us they throw the cake WITHOUT even bother to inform us . They took the money and the cake BOTH.
Such a shame ! They simply don’t care at all !! The worst service ever ! They threatened to call police if we didn’t leave .
Can anyone imagine that !!
They brook my little daughter heart , suppose to be her happy day ! she can’t stop CRYING after telling her NO BIRTHDAY CAKE
And guess what I asked him are you happy doing this to us . He said yes I’am .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coast Cakes are awesome, the staff always go above and beyond to help you out, I can't thank them enough for all the advice they have given me when I have been making cakes and am unsure of exactly how create my vision. Thank you so much. Also the fudge is absolutely amazing, along with all their other goodies in their cabinet.

Got back to me within the hour or nightly replies on busier days.
I ordered a wedding cake and it was beautiful. The look and the taste.
I got a lot of compliments about the cake.
"I usually never eat wedding cake, but this one I had to go for seconds and thirds."

And a few took extra home.
