Like Raewyn, friendly professional and keen to help you get moving the way you should be, while making it easy to understand why things hurt and how to help yourself take better care of your body. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I crawled into Ron’s office 8 years ago. 2 ruptured disc’s and chronic sciatica and very little movement in my neck. The specialist I saw told me I needed more surgery to get rid of my pain, but I just needed Ron. Not only did he fix me, but I’m teaching gymnastics 4 days a week, I go on 5 day tramps with heavy back packs, I can live an active life because of him. He’s not super man, but he and Raewyn are an awesome team, I recommend them to all me friends when they have sore hips, head aches and any kind of back pain.

I started seeing him because I was having tension headaches at least three times a week also back and neck pain. Since seeing Ron No longer headaches or any pain. He listens to what I have to say and gives great advise. Keep up the great work team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had tried many treatments both in Australia and NZ, was waiting for surgery, unable to stand or sit for any length of time, hence was unable to work (or do much of anything). Discovered Coast & Country Chiropractic and will never go anywhere else ever again. I travel up from Christchurch monthly to see Ron, wouldn’t dream of trying anyone else. My family refer to Ron as “the magic man” and I would never trust another to touch my spine! No more surgery waiting list, no more unemployment & vastly minimised pain. Raewyn is a hoot and the waiting room is the fun part - always on for a laugh! You won’t find better than these guys!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family have been under chiropractic care for the last 10 years and will continue this care with Coast and Country, having joined them last October when we arrived in Mapua. I was unsure of Ron’s method of using the activator for the majority of his adjustments but have found this to be equally as effective as previous chiropractors and certainly more relaxing. The kids prefer it too! Raewyn always makes you feel like part of the family and is amazing at fitting appointments in to their busy schedule. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coast and Country Chiropractic Centre are amazing, I initially made an appointment with them after I hurt my back gardening and started getting sever headaches. My first visit was fantastic, I felt welcomed and valued from the moment I arrived and was met by Raewyn, then when I saw Ron he was reassuring and talked me through the whole process of what he was doing. I came away feeling relief immediately and left without a headache I'd had constantly for a couple of weeks. I could not believe the results so booked for my husband who has had back issues for many years, he was hesitant due to previous experience with a different chiropractor, but one visit with Ron and he also felt relief from years of pain and limited mobility. We now choose to visit Ron every 4-6 weeks to make sure everything is moving how is should be. We trust everything Ron does, he is gentle and caring. I highly recommend Coast and County Chiropractic Centre if you're looking for relief or expertise with all aspects of your back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How do you really thank someone who has enabled you to carry on doing the physical outdoors activities you love and live pain free! I count my blessings that Ron was recommended to me. Not only does he help me manage the pain and discomfort but he has helped me understand what my body is doing and why. I love that he takes time to listen and explain. Mix that in with a good dose of laughter and genuine caring and you have a wonderful experience. Thank you Ron and Raewyn - I love visiting you both.
