Experienced Developers
Behind the success of Lysaght Developments are Ian and Adrianne Lysaght who have been involved in property development since the early 1960's and have developed both the Gateway Industrial Subdivision and Coastlands Residential Estate, along with other smaller developments in Whakatane. Through their construction company, Lysaght Construction Ltd, they also built such buildings as the Whakatane Hospital's Kitchen, former Medical Services and Tower Blocks, along with major civil engineering contracts at Tasman Mill, now owned by Norske Skog.
