★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I came late at night. The artist owner waited for us and show me the way to the room. The room is clean and comfortable. There's electric heater so don't worry about cold matter. The paintings on the wall are drawn by the owner herself. It's really good place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ room was really clean and Megan was so friendly, every thing you need is all provided, beds are so cozy too. I highly recommend this motel, and will love to be back with my family on our next trip in Tekapo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely quiet place to stay away from busier spots in an interesting historic village. Hosts Megan and Phil were so hospitable and welcoming. I was cycling and they made sure I was comfortable and had food. Clean and comfy rooms with kitchenette, free WiFi, and use of lovely shaded garden. Byo food as only coffee cart in the village itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond expectation. Very nice place to stay, quiet and comfort. The room has got all we needed. The host was really friendly. Definitely want to stay again next time, and perhaps for few nights. Only 14 minutes drive to Lake Tekapo so extremely good value for money.
The details on Bookings may need to check and corrected. Few things are not correct and will send some people away from just reading them. The main photo should perhaps also be re-taken to do its justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property is simply outstanding I was tired and needed to rest. I walked in and smelt cleanliness. The property is mature BUT read on. The beds were awesome bedding yummy and warm. The bedside lamps were perfect for my morning read and the data was free!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been an amazing experience to stay at the Burkes Pass Country Motel. We received an amazing hospitality from Meghan and Phil. The room is nice and comfortable with a great matress and it's own bathroom. We had some fresh eggs, milk and fresh berries from their garden.
We had the chance to feed the sheeps and it was so much fun.
We highly recommend you this place.
