★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a lovely Sunday drive from the Rotherham pub with its yummy meals, value for money and fabulous hospitality to Waiau. The Museum was a wonderful treat where the volunteers have put on some great displays. My mum's favorite was the Xmas and Santa display. My Niece loved the fair ground and seeing the old phones. I loved the old horse gigs etc and the old cob cottage. It could of been so much more with a couple of bits of furniture in each room from that period.. We all liked the jail house. Couldn't look in church as saddly a gentleman had had a fall hurting himself. Ambulance was attending to him. So we look forward to seeing it all next time..
