★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience! It provided good quality service and the flat white tasted above average. Although the fluffy was kinda not as fine as I expected, the flavour was good. The atmosphere was absolutely cozy too. They also followed the new guideline for checking the vaccine pass when we ordered at the counter. Will come again next time.

Our coffee was ordered and paid for by another member of the group but we drank it there and were not asked for our vax passports.

Coffee, hot and cold, was burnt and the hot chocolate tasted more like milk than hot chocolate.
Staff were wearing their masks under their chins.
Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the variety of food here. Coffee good and hot. Was very surprised though to see tables cleared but tables not sanitized before next customer used the seating area. In these times, it's more than a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feelings! Nice food, not terribly "hot" hot drinks, and a questionable hygiene practice observed.
My maple and apple bun was really lovely (it wasn't shown in the cabinet, so it pays to ask as there were muffins, scrolls etc also kept at the back).
Indoor and outdoor seating options, nice atmosphere...
My hot chocolate was warm enough to enjoy, but my friend's tea was lukewarm in the pot on arrival. Warmer the second time (though they were going to microwave the pot and tea bag for her rather than replace ?).
The thing that dropped the star rating for me though was the way butter is dealt with here! It's cut into pieces and kept in water behind the counter, then served with fingers (not tongs etc) for each customer. I almost didn't believe my friend when she explained what she'd seen, but when I ordered my food and the butter arrived with a fingerprint and covered in a decent layer of dust and grime from the surface of the water, I just couldn't bring myself to use it.
Food was nice, but staff using fingers and a tray of butter with grime in the water (maybe from staff fingers?) was just a bit much.
