β β β β β Had been meaning to try Taco Bell since the branches had opened here in Chch. Happened to pop in here today, bought 2 x taco taster meals. Thoroughly disappointed at the tasteless bland food, we actually had to pull apart the tacos and the wraps to figure out what sort of meat was inside. The only decent thing about our meals were the pre-mixed drinks

β β β β β Just had the worst food order from here that I've ever had from Taco Bell. I usually order from Eastgate and chose this one because I recently moved. I ordered loaded fries (which I understand what the quality will be like with delivery so fully aware it won't be the same as dine in). The chicken was grey, the guacamole and salsa were old and some of the fries were undercooked. I scraped off the toppings to eat basically fries with cheese and couldn't finish it. My stomach is turning already after 10 minutes. Tacos were ice cold like they had come out of the fridge, yes I know delivery will affect temperature but my God there was no indication the meat was ever warmed! Lettuce was wet and soggy.
Super disappointing, especially since it was so expensive. Better to stick to the Eastgate location ??ββοΈ

β β β β β Have had a couple of meals here. My husband is American and LOVES Taco Bell. Of course it is more expensive here and the food is a little different (didn't notice refried beans) but actually I think the food is better than the American chain. Just seemed more like real food than fast food! We'll definitely be back!

β β β β β Our tacos had barely enough meat and the chocodillas chocolate was not spread evenly, the spicy sauce was really not spicy at all and the drink sizes were really not big enough for a takeaway.
Really not worth your money.

β β β β β My wife and I have been to the Eastgate Taco Bell and wanted to try this new one. It's really tidy inside and the service was really quick. It's level 2 right now so there are Covid processes in place but that didn't have any effect on the efficiency of this place. The food was great as well. Would definitely recommend this place. Taco Bell is a great place to get food!

They do a reasonable meal for a reasonable price.
Nothing astounding but a nice Mexican meal. Deliveries are a yes and staff appear to provide a good service.
Something really spectacular and unique maybe as a special with a NZ theme would be awesome.
Maybe a Kiwi Taco with all the 'whistles and bells'.
