Dave was an amazing teacher and explained so well about coffee knowledge. I definitely recommend this class if anyone wants to be a professional barista, it is worth to take it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was absolutely valuable coffee lesson if u wanna be a professional barista or even just for making coffee at home. Dave was amazing and explained so well about coffee knowledge. I felt 2 hrs lesson was short cus it was so much fun. Made heaps of coffee and taste. Easy to understanding and share his knowledge and experience. I definitely recommend this class whom wants to be a professional barista, it is worth to take it.

She found it fun and comprehensive and gained some excellent advice on not just making coffee, but customer service and job hunting for cafe work. Thanks so much to Dave for a fantastic course that's well worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Coffee training which was held by Dave, who exceeded any expectations I had! Dave made the course so interesting and fun and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole lesson. Before the course I wasn't overly interested in making coffees but now am genuinely excited to get better and put my learning to action! Would highly recommend this training whether it's for work or just to learn a new skill. Thanks again Dave and Amy :)
