Shower gel,soaps,shampoo,conditioner provided.
Lovely quiet area!
Friendly helpful staff.
On-site parking.
I would definitely stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a Superior 2 bedroom apartment, which was modern and reasonably priced. The motel is conveniently located, close to the airport, supermarkets and Queens Park. Apartment comes with Netflix and Sky Sports. Ultra fast unlimited wifi available. Booked through Booking.com, highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On early morning of 23rd, I got up from the bed and accidentally hit the chest drawer. The 32 inch TV fell and hit the surface of the chest drawer before I managed to grab it. There is only around a 40cm gap between the corner of the chest drawer and corner of the bed. When I walked through narrow space between two corners, it was very easy to hit the chest drawer. Also the 130cm (estimated), 5-layers-chest drawer was completely empty, light and sitting on carpet, which was soft. This meant that the chest drawer was unstable and extremely susceptible to falling over. The TV on the chest draw was worse. Even when you gently pushed the chest, the TV would be wobble and I feel it would easily have fallen in any circumstances.
I had bruise of stomach because hitting the drawer, the owner said he DID NOT care and ACC would cover it.
I also complained that if my 8-year-old daughter hit the chest drawer, the TV could fall on her and cause a big problem. When I brought this up with the owners, they did not care at all.
The owners of the motel did not have an ounce of sorrow or worry and blatantly refused to improve the safety. Instead, they immediately requested for me to pay the full price of a new TV despite the TV being 5 years old. I disagreed with it and suggested solving this issue by Booking.com and tourist authority. However, the owners threatened us, saying that they had the ability to remove any negative comments on booking.com no matter what we complained.
In order to prevent things from further escalating I had to pay $300.
We have been traveling around New Zealand. This is the worst motel experience ever. It was 4-star motel but the pressure of the hot water was so low, one of electronic blankets did not work, hair dry did not work, one of dining chairs was wobble. They state that we did not follow their policy, how did we not follow their policy and what was their policy in the first place? They never disclosed anything to us and were just focused on getting their compensation which they were very open and blatant about.

They decided to Stay a Second Night , And the Managers Were very happy to Accommodate that Request and allow payment the Next Morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a while since I last stayed here but it is still great value for money. Quick and easy check-in.
I stayed in the 1 bedroom room. The lounge/kitchen and bathroom are a good size (great water pressure). The bedroom contains double bed and there isn't much room left over, but there is a second TV in there.
Netflix is available on the lounge TV, however I had trouble this time getting it to stay working. Hopefully just an internet issue.
Would be happy to stay here again.
