★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with our Motel unit refurbished all rooms bath toilet large TV excellent heating lazy boy seats and couch. Very comfortable beds great nights sleep. We will book again when in Invercargill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience with birchwood manor motel, the room was so tidy and clean. One of the best motels I would say. Great service and very helpful staff! In an emergency, I booked the room over the phone call for same-day in the evening and my check-in time was 9 pm. I was in the hospital with my wife and Rach help me in that situation. Thank you so much Rach appreciated it.
