At Comfort Solutions we know our stuff and pride ourselves on our quality, workmanship and customer service. Comfort Solutions is an Auckland based company founded by Adam Slater and Dan Mason, who have a combined experience of over 30 years in the industry. Both Adam and Dan hold HAZTEC Fillers licences, are Site Safe certified and are accredited installers of Panasonic, Fujitsu and Mitsubishi Electric heat pumps.

Dan (left): When he’s not hard at work Dan is an avid sports fan, with a passion for Rugby, League and Boxing in particular. A keen traveller, in his downtime Dan can often be found with his feet up at the beach or enjoying a drink or two at a restaurant or winery.
Adam (right): Adam has also been bitten by the travel bug, and when he’s not warming Auckland homes he can be found chasing endless winters to feed his passion for Snowboarding. In the summer you’ll find manning the BBQ or parked with a fishing pole.

What an amazing service you offer!
I emailed a service request for my two heat pumps/air con servicing and within the hour I received a response
A service person would be available two working days later...and only four days from Xmas Day!
The technician was super polite and wearing his mask...and he left work boots at door!.
He ensured all his work area was covered by plastic covers (no mess on carpet or furniture).
He also much to my surprise, cleaned the outside of heat pump along with the external equipment (which was pretty dusty/dirty).
Left the work areas spotless and the work all done within a short period of time... and also offered to put all the decorative pictures back on the cabinet below the air con pump...It was ok, I could do that :)
I will most certainly use again and they have helpfully ensured I am now on their annual maintenance mailing list!
I cannot speak more highly of the professional, efficient and timely work/response to my service request...which I made following a google search for a West Auckland Air Con servicing business...and of course reading feedback recommendations, which was all as above and more!!!

β β β β β Adam and his team did a fantastic job for my central heating system. From quoting to the final installation, the company was very professional. They responded to my queries timely and provided accurate information. The price was very competitive (I got quotes from a few other companies). They arrived on time on the installation day, and during the installation, they treated my house as their own. For example, they covered the affected floor area during the job and did through cleaning afterwards. In addition, they did not wear shoes in the house. If I have the needs, I'll definitely use the company again. Highly recommended!
