★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every year I have to waste hours on the phone with my bank in Australia to pay for my vault as this company cannot process Australian credit card numbers. They have known about the issue for years and won't resolve it, if I was in the country I would have found a new vault. I've also been there once and found it was flooded in the lower levels where the vaults are which has made me questioned how safe and secure my valuables really are.

The 24/7 secure access to the vaults, privacy and Bullion investment options is what makes them stand apart from the competition. The customer service team has always made me feel like a valued client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the service, in lockdown level-3 most of businesses are open with social distancing and the place so called safe vault is not open and even there is no email for the closure. Even website still says we are open 24/7 - 365 days. I want to access my locker for important document and can not access it. This is not fair Commonwealth Vault. You should have informed us before then I would have taken it before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zubin and Anna were polite and responsive (Anna by phone and Zubin in person) and the process was quick and easy to set up. It has given me piece of mind to have this sorted out. The vault is well organised and impressively secure. The staff are attentive and helpful. Thanks Folks! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Spent over 2hrs in the waiting loop, to then be put back into the waiting loop after getting to speak to a staff member.
No option to email. And no option to ask questions through chat assistant.
Very disappointed.
