★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because a key was jammed in a very old lock, I expected to pay hundreds to have a new lock installed but the young man fixed the problem in about 20 seconds, gave me a tip to put the key in upside down whereby it turned so much more easily and drilled the outside keyhole to make the key fit upside down so I could use this trick from both sides. All this was done within the 20 minutes minimum charge time. Just wow! Keep that young man on. He was brilliant!
