β β β β β waited two hours today got seen 7.20pm quickly as the place closes at 7pm but had the manger walk in the meeting saying to finish up as it was 7.30pm felt like the manger going off at me then the staff it wasn't my fault I got seen after 7pm thought that was rude of them.
Wouldn't recommend to go there again ?

β β β β β The people I dealt with were really nice. However I spent two hours at a drop in session for free legal advice to be told at the end that I probably should get a lawyer. No specific advice received. Waste of two hours.

β β β β β Friendly staff and also extremely helpful professionals giving precise and most needed advise. I would recommend anyone who is unsure if a situation is legal or not to book an appointment at the Community Law.

β β β β β Great to utilize for legal advice when not sure, and easily accessible. They have a wide range of legal areas that they can offer advice for. If they can't help or more specific help is needed they help set this up.
Am helping my neighbour's with a legal issue and to keep assisting people Community Law is doing phone meetings ? This is awesome because no one needs to wait until covid regulations ease or stop ?

β β β β β I had volunteered for their community justice Te Pae Oranga panels only to be told they had no record of me ever appearing. Sara and Adriana Prado from the admin team were very rude me and repeatedly gaslighted me about my participation as if I made everything up. I finally managed to track down my old supervisor who confirmed that I did indeed volunteer. Not sure why Sara and Adriana Prado couldnβt find me on the panel files. Tavia Moore also in the admin team told me they might have lost the panel files when switching to the new facilitators. That is a very poor look for people managing an alternative justice pathway. If the cases we heard had been heard at a court, there would have been adequate file keeping. Frankly very appalling how they denied finding me in the system after all the time I volunteered there. Sends a bad message to future volunteers. Admin team needs better training both on file keeping and talking to people who volunteer their time here.
