★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing to be charged such high fees for an error ridden performance. During what I believe was a simple house sale and purchase I had to point out out errors in the paperwork and chase the lawyer for information that should have been supplied as a matter of course. I believe i could have had an equal or better performance from a less prestigious law firm at a lower cost. I have used Cavell Leitch a number of times in the past but wont be using them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged very high fees for an unprofessional performance. The reception is even rude. I believe I could have had a better lawyers for this fees, I will give -1 if I have to rate from 0-10. Totally not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife inadvertently had an emergency visa issue due to poor handling by our previous adviser. Shoosh immediately worked on a very well written visa request, submitted it with urgency, and throughout, while we were very scared, kept us calm and focused on the task at hand. We secured the visa within days and we simply can't thank him and the team enough. He was empathetic, supportive and communicative. When the visa came through late one evening, he still made sure we received it in time for my wife to work the next day. I simply can't recommend their service highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was just recently that I am having a problem with my visa, almost a day to expire, when my husband boss asked the help of Shoosh and Hagen even during weekend they responded and assured us that they will attend my concern first thing first on Monday. Both Shoosh and Jackson emailed and gave a very good argument that my visa should be issued with urgency. My case officer responded to them at once. Indeed, my visa was issued in the afternoon. I was so relieved and thankful for the team Cavell Leitch
