★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in one of their accomodation ..Management didn't refund the bond .Need to call everyday to refund and still not done .. and also i booked the accomodation in avondale and after arriving with luggage from airport ,manager gone away and been told it's been full ...sorry find another Accomdarion .
it's not recommended .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is ideally placed in Avondale close to all manner of public transport with ample shops and eateries for you to choose from. Have lived here for awhile and find it suitable for me needs.
Cheers to management for making it a locked gated place and safe to stay as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compass accommodation are SAFE & secure places to reside. Well established. Strict rules are applied that ensures the wellbeing of all residents. I have been here over a year & half and love it. It's not hard to live with others. Non judgmental environment. Drug, alcohol & substance free properties with, ZERO tolerance for ANY criminal intentions or activity. Come stay and wake up each day happy & safe.?
