β β β β β Convenient location and seems nice. [Update] I've been holding this review for until my stay was over. For me, I moved to another place after 3 months because I wanted a home that better suited my lifestyle and needs. At Eden Accomm, the pricing was affordable, the people I've met (my neighbours) were really nice to talk to, the room I had was spacious and I had a garage lot. But those were the key perks for me... It's a hostel-style layout, it's simple and more suitable for singles (as mentioned in previous review). Cleaniness needed improvement. Only certain rooms had windows that were facing outside to the road and not facing other buildings. Washing and drying machines are coin-operated but there's a drying room. Shared kitchen, gender-separated shared toilets. My experience with the landlord was also ok, there was a miscomm and certain unsaid expectations which I tried my best to hopefully resolve. At the end of the day, "you get what you pay for" and for some of us, it's more of "you get what you can afford, what you need and what fits your lifestyle". If this fits what you are looking for, then go for it.

β β β β β Dirty showers and bathrooms. Noisy tenants. And a landlord that will kick you out if you complain, additionally the landlord didn't bother to refund my bond or the rent that I had paid in advance. Very dishonest and unprofessional landlord, that would rather have noisy and dirty tenants than clean quite professional people.
