About CBCS
Shayne Thurston (Director and Property Management Specialist) and Ben Duflou (Director and Chartered Accountant) set up Complete Body Corp Solutions (CBCS) in 2008 to fill a gap in what they saw was provided to body corporates, as well as company share and cross-lease properties.
CBCS has a complete understanding of the Unit Titles Act 2010 and compliance requirements. Being Wellington-based, we have extensive experience working with the additional complications surrounding earthquake-prone and heritage listed buildings.
We work alongside several developers in the set up of new body corporates, especially for new apartment buildings. We have also moved many buildings across to CBCS management and provide a seamless transition process.
Despite being a small team, we provide comprehensive solutions and use up-to-date technology and systems, such as Xero accounting software and provide a secure portal committees, to deliver the highest quality of service to our body corporates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: April 2022 - after 4 months of joining them, the accounts were sorted. The service also improved with faster responses from staff and assistance to sort upgrades to the units. Thank you. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am part of a very small BC and we moved our BC under this company on April 1st 2021. So far we have no access to our accounts and I have also challenged the levies charges and how they are sent to owners. I asked to get an email from one of the two Directors listed on their website with explanations but was sent simply another basic stalling email by staff. I am extremely concerned about this company's ability to honour its contract and monitor our accounts. Another relevant thing: on this date, one of the 5 star reviews on google seems to have been left by one of the company's directors as listed on their website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional. Unable to complete tasks, yet certainly able to charge fees for any little bit of "extra" administration required. Don't give yourself the headache of dealing with them.
Context:
- Weren't CBCS paid to handle the defect process? Or am I misinformed.
- When we asked to be let in, it was before 5pm, granted it was just before 5pm, but lets be honest your offices are 500m down the road.
- Check Nikki's emails regarding the fees. One of the CBCS staff tried charging us a rescheduling fee, because the electrician CBCS arranged never showed up at all. Nikki then admitted that this was incorrect.
- It's now nearing the end of April and we are still waiting on the meeting minutes from our handover meeting on the 4th of November last year...
