★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my acer aspire tablet here to have it repaired after having trouble starting it. It was actually a simple problem, they just needed to reinstall the software, and that already took them almost a week.
After getting it back however I discovered that they installed the desktop version, which means that now I cannot use it as a tablet anymore, which makes it as good as useless to me. Neither the touchscreen nor the speakers work anymore and some other features are unusable now as well.
As I am travelling around and couldn't bring it back to have it repaired again, I wrote Computing Solutions an E-Mail, kindly asking for my money back as the work these “computer specialists“ did was just very insufficient. I never got an answer, not even an apology for the trouble they caused!
This is absolutely not what I expected, I was totally disappointed and spend a lot of money for nothing too. Never again!!
