Ordered two items online, received notification that order was ready to collect, arrived in store to receive only one item, was told second item was on order and that I would receive another email once it arrived. No further update from Noel Leeming so had to chase the store and found item had arrived but they hadn't bothered to let me know. Think I'll be spending g my money elsewhere I future.

Staff in this store are generally pretty good in helping you find whatever you need, but the store in small and the range a little limited, though that's common on the coast. Note, though, that their BYOD program doesn't work in-store. Just had this with an urgent laptop purchase for my daughter about to head off to Uni. I had to point out the correct pricing online after linking my account to their BYOD program, and they then needed the manager to authorise the discount so it could be processed (and even then, they weirdly knocked gst off the $180 that the discount was supposed to be - how does that work?). You'll save yourself a lot of hassle just using click and collect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store today to purchase a Laptop. I left with no Laptop due to being ignored by two female staff. I was at the counter waiting to be served but they walked away to the back of the store. One returned, fooling around with a male colleague on her way. I work in retail and can say the level of inexperience and immaturity was evident in this experience. I suggest management view the camera footage to see how easy it is to loose customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't speak highly enough about the excellent service I received from Noel Leeming Paraparaumu. From the first contact I had with James in-store (when I asked to change a washing machine I'd purchased) through to the delivery, I received nothing but excellent, professional service. I've already written a review regarding my in-store experience so this review is dedicated to the delivery guys.
What I really like about them is their communication, timeliness and professionalism. I get fed up with delivery people or repairmen who expect you to keep a whole day free for them. These guys rang me as soon as my washing machine arrived in the warehouse, informed me what day it would be delivered, that they would ring me in the morning between 8 and 9 am to inform me of the delivery time (which was a one hour period) then did exactly what they said they would do. And all in a pleasant manner. It was so easy and stress free.
