About Condair Air Conditioning
Condair is a Mechanical Services company owned by my brother Daniel and myself.
With the exception of working abroad in the industry, both Daniel and myself have been working for Condair for 24 and 26 years respectively.
We have an awesome team. We can take on any project and deliver it to a high standard, and you will have a happy customer. Our direct employees are 60 strong, including Design Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Managers, HR and H&S Manager, installers and technicians, some of whom have been here for 10-15 years.
Our Head Office is in Hamilton serving the Waikato and South Auckland areas, and the Bay of Plenty area is served by our Tauranga Office.
We specialise in the complete package of commercial and industrial climate solutions, both installation and servicing.
Our team of staff do the whole package, projects from $10,000 to $10 million.
We are dedicated to Condair being the most professional and preferred HVAC provider in the Central North Island

Founded in 1986, Condair is the largest and longest serving Mechanical Services company based in the Waikato.
Over the years, relationships with various contractors, developers, architects, engineers and intuitions have evolved, securing their confidence in the fact that we are here to help and here to stay. Condair’s servicing team have the expertise to serve you throughout the years to come, minimising repair costs through its Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Programme and providing minimal downtime for repairs.

We had a very specific requirement for our float rooms: People floating in water should not be feeling the airflow, heating and humidity - in fact, they shouldn't be feeling any external inputs at all but (especially stuffy). Our rooms have a very high moisture content in the air that needs to be controlled yet kept at the same temperature as their bodies so that our clients can experience a sensory deprivation effect when it comes to their skin. Condair helped us plan, design and implement a system that does just that. It wasn't "cheap" but didn't cost the world either and we are saving on long term heating costs.
