Karen has worked in administration and management positions for 25 years. Born and raised in Tauranga, she has knowledge of the local area. As a qualified interior designer and currently undertaking a qualification in architectural technology, Karen has an eye for detail and a good understanding of building legislation and the building code. Karen assists Keith on inspections, so you get two sets of eyes looking over your property for the price of one.

β β β β β These guys were awesome! 3 sets of eyes came to do the inspection, in and out in a couple of hours, just did an extensive report which helped us renegotiate our purchase price, prompt as, affordable and a fully extensive report came with on the same day. Report included the major issues according to the code, recommendations on how to rectify and what work was necessary.
Checked with my builder to check over the report and get his idea on some of the costs, he mentioned these guys are pro's at what they do. Would use again on next purchase :)
