★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible communication have had my phone for over 2 and a half months. Have emailed x 3 saying the same thing. When you email back you get no response. When you phone your told your rude because, once again your told the same thing with no interactions of how they are going to rectify the issues
. I would not have them fix a toy phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sending my phone in for repair over 6 weeks ago I am still waiting for the repair. The frustration isn't so much the delay but that I'm not being given updates until I contact them. The updates I'm given about expected time frames haven't been accurate and I'm still waiting and have no idea what the current situation is despite requesting that I'm just kept in the loop. A very poor customer service and I would have put up with my cracked screen had I have known I'd be waiting 6+ weeks and counting ....
