★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some issues with my MacBook Pro and went to Service Plus for the first time. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and so kind. The communication is to the highest standard, the service is fast and the repare was spot on and more than I could wish for.
Sohi was my engineer who dealt with my laptop issue. Her attention to details, the way she explained everything to me while I may not be that savvy technically made it clear that she will be the person I will always trust with my Apple devices. She also made sure the next day that everything was working the way they should be which was something I have never experienced with any other services around.
Sohi and the team makes Service Plus outstanding and they are the reason why I will return with full trust to them in the future.
I would highly recommend Service Plus in Christchurch if anyone is looking for a high quality service with top customer service at a very reasonable fee.

Open weekdays from 8:30am, these guys are super friendly and exceptionally professional.
Authorised Servicing of most major technology brands. Book an appointment on their website is best before heading in.
Turn around is very quick, with their message updates to keep you advised how your repair is progressing every step of the way.
Top notch performance. A+++++ highly recommended.

ServicePlus are the only company who offers affordable same day service for iPhone screen replacement, even better that they are apple approved as this offers reassurance that the job is done properly and won’t cause any issues later on!

It was always going to be a challenge when my partners phone failed to charge but the phone was picked up the same day and repair completed the next day. Lots of communication, very clear instructions and great value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an Apple computer that would not boot up and after a visit to Harvey Norman service, we were told it was unrepairable and that we would have to purchase a new one. We then took our computer to service plus who repaired it for $90 and up graded the software too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! Went there for 13 mini screen replacement under warranty. Phone was suppose to be fixed at 1pm but the technician messed up the screen while trying to fix. So they wanted to send the phone away to Auckland to get it fixed properly but i refused to send it away as it was gonna take 3-5 days and who wants to be without the phone on the long weekend lol ?. Long story short end up they managed to fix it properly and i walked out of the store with fully working phone. While i angry and frustrated the guy over counter explained everything nicely and was very professional the whole time. I Forgot to ask his name but this guy needs a pay raise ;)
