β β β β β DISGUSTING. Terrible service. My husband emailed to enquire about documents 6 months ago and never received a response. The website claims they have strict 5 minute appointment times starting at 3pm so my husband booked an appointment for 3pm. (Other people ended up being seen before him).
The receptionist was incredibly rude to my husband and everyone else.
The consulate himself didn't show up until 3:45!!!!!!! Why even offer an appointment at 3 if the person doing attestation won't be there until 45 minutes later??? Especially when appointments are strictly 5 minutes... I ended up having to stand out in the cold for 45 minutes with our newborn baby as there isn't any access for pushchairs.
Also it's a complete joke to charge so much for attestation.
It seems like this whole place is a money grabbing scam taking advantage of people in their time of need.

β β β β β Update your website when you go on holiday. Nothing on the website, no voicemail, just an automatic response from the email server that they are closed but no information about when they will open.
Webpage says you must make an appointment on their booking system. There are zero appointments available and they have not allocated any spots for 2022. My mum is not computer literate so she called the number and they refused to pick up the phone. The women at the door was the rudest person my mother has experienced. All my mother wanted was some help because we are trying to send Ashes to India. You cannot plan for someone's death but this lady expected us to have the booking done online and would refused to answer the phone or make a booking for her. There is no service or respect for emergencies.

The waiting area air-conditioning was not operational and no ventilation since glass windows were secured hence the temperature is extremely hot during summer ( green house effect ) customers were seen cooling themselves with papers and documents. Health, Safety & wellbeing should be considered.

β β β β β Easy and friendly . Been there 3 times with a friend,getting an appointment was not an issue,once you have all your papers/documents organized itβs very easy to get your job done. Had seen people coming messed up with their papers and trying to fill up forms etc ,those who may have a different say but for us itβs been done quite well..
