★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contact Electrical came and helped us out just prior to Level 4 and we had been overseas. But they took all precautions and did not come into contact with us. They were prompt. They did have to return a few weeks later as the thermostat failed, but it was dealt with within half an hour of our call. So we got our hot water back. Still rated high - cause you sorted things out so quick for us.

We have had nothing but the best in service, as well as being able to talk to the administrators whom are always friendly and helpful.
