★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a solo mum with a special needs son. Mr Henson was supposed to organise installation of a heater for me. After a whole year of excuses & ignoring my pleas to arrange installation, coming into a second winter with only temporary heaters, he got nasty & cancelled everything. Mr Henson does not have a good reputation around Hamilton amongst other heating/gas repair companies either. Be very wary about dealing with this company.
