By the way I didn't do anything wrong or raise my voice I just didn't understand what he was trying to say. I'm a small female with young kids with me and I get that from him? Really immature

After several days I went in and asked about the progress and the owner (?) apologised, saying he hadn't heard back yet and he'd forgot about it. He promised to contact me the next day. Nothing. I called several days later and left a message with someone, who told me Glenn would get back to me. Nothing. It's weeks later. Nothing. They clearly don't need our business or the business of anyone we know.
