★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 of their Car parks are in the spagalimis car park with a Small sign saying "no trespassing vehicles" I did not see the sign because I reversed in, it was just two random car parks in this car park. She (leigh Harris) demanded $100 in cash only, which is very unprofessional, which the $100 had to be given within 90 minutes of the time they clamped my car otherwise they would tow the car. and she was so rude when un clamping my car and could not provide a proper receipt when asked for one. I know it was my mistake for parking there but the way she dealt with it is not a good look to their company and essentially threatening us saying she has "accountants and lawyers" when politely asking for a receipt so we have proof I paid but yet her receipt consisted of her writting in vivid she received it... Yeah that is definitely not a receipt..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found theese people very unprofessional and not motivated at all. They were very rude. The owner Linda Harris (I think that's her name) is psycho and shouldn't be a business person dealing with people, and as you can clearly see with the owners responses to theese reviews that she is unfriendly and rude. I dont like to be negative like this but some people need feedback like yous to improve your ways of dealing with things.
