★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality 5/5 amazing flavor with just a lil spice was perfect for me and my tables liking.
Presentation was 4/5 brisket could have been served on rice.
Service 5/5 Service team blew me away with promptness at the door too being friendly explaining the meals and went out of her for way for my specific food allergies.
Will Visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good. A lot of people in on the first Saturday night after the lockdown. However the service could have been better. Waited for nearly 50 mins before the first entree was served. Think my entree was given to the table right next to us who ordered the same one after us. The duty manager did apologise and offered the entree for free. Unfortunately they didn’t pick up from there, and the girl had to come over and apologise again wearing a mask and mumbling English that my partner and I didn’t understand. But the food is good, that was definitely 5 star. Taking into account the service, I’ll give a 3 star for the whole experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience at ‘Spice Paragon’, VERY disappointing after hearing good things. Decided to go out for a nice meal with my family as we don’t go out often and they were offering a ‘Eat like Kings’ all you can eat experience. Very good price just a shame they under delivered. Waited for an entree for an hour and a half after being told we had the table for two hours. Do not recommend this experience to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the best food I've had in a while, every dish we got for the table was absolutely delicious! The smell of Sesame oil was wafting into the dining room and all the seafood and beef was cooked to perfection. The next level prawns were truly next level! Unfortunately the service wasn't up to the same standard. The wait staff seemed rushed and it was definitely busy but there didn't seem to be as much direction as would be expected for the location.
Our drinks came out at the same time as our food and one was forgotten about. Looking back at the menu I liked to try all the meals but next time I would order one meal each as it is easier to eat out of the bowl it came in. We also only got one bowl of rice after ordering the recommended 5 portions for our table of 8 and needed to ask for 3 extra bowls. Overall I would definitely come back but at a quieter time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the presentation of the food was nice, the food was too salty for my liking and the seafood was not fresh.
My husband had the Next Level Prawns and they were not fresh. I had the salmon parcel and it was very salty.
The good dish was the entree, which is the deep fried squids.
They close at a very early hour too! At 8pm, we were asked if we need to order anything else. And once we were finished, our bill was presented.
So if you are out for an evening out and want to sit and enjoy a drink or two, you are out of luck.
We were hurried out as soon as we were finished. We spent quite a bit with them too, so you would think they would come around to see if we need to have our drinks topped up.
They are lacking of trained F&B staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing dinner we had with hubby!!! We came to CHC for an overnight trip, reserved a table for two a day before our flight through online, received a VM 2hrs before our schedule as reminder, came in an hour early and accommodated to our table. Had seafood specials, a bite crispy squid, apple cider and the well presented dessert. They also have signage for guidance visible all over the place. Highly recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this lovely place again... for our daughters birthday treat, the food came out in good time and everyone enjoyed their chosen meals,
this has been my fifth visit over the years,
my recommendation is go early to enjoy quick service, later if you aren't in a hurry.
