Lady with brightly coloured hair serving my kids obviously has issues dealing with children, as per other reviews. I sent 4 kids in to order ice-cream for us all, as i didnt have a mask. I watched as the lady behind the counter target the tallest kid, speaking to her rudely, not believing her age she said she was 11, until my kid was scared into agreeing that she was 12 so was told to leave while the other kids (the same age) were allowed to order. I tried to tell her that my kid was under 12 but she wouldn't believe me. Then she continued to trash talk me in front of my kids.
Definitely don't recommend going to such a poorly serviced and discriminating place.

Funny thing is when I asked her, “how come you’re not wearing yours?” She answered “I’m eating!” Oh we’ll keep eating your profit! I walked out from been the only customer there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wish i could put 0 stars, we got rudely told to get out from one of the workers as we were about to be served, for not wearing masks. no signs outside about having to wear one plus would’ve been nice to be told before already waiting in line for 10 minutes. just wanted an ice cream but got attitude. won’t be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bald Gate Keeper letting people in to get ice cream came running towards us screaming NONONONO , thought I was being attacked, worst experience ever. The customers in the shop had left and not thinking my wife opened up the gate to let us in !! Worst experience ever. Never been treated as badly by any business ever. Ice-cream average cone itself good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this store for 25+ years. When visiting from out of town I always make a stop here. If you dont mind standing outside in the que for a long period of time during summer in direct sun then the ice cream and waffle cones are well worth it.
