★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How dare you not ban that man for taking photos of random children at the pools. That’s disgusting. AND you have given him 2 warnings? He should have been banned immediately and reported to police. Shame on you and all your staff!!! Will never go there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite places to go in the summer and the winter. A little bit pricey for big family's but definitely a treat. It usually cost me and my family of 4 $49.00 si its definitely a treat. Always clean and tidy, staff are lovely too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the mount hot pools with my 7 years old boy, we were hanging in the smaller pool next to the kids swimming area with me and a Man.
My youngest one asked to go back on the slide and from there I caught the man taking photo of my child, asking him to pose.
Yes, you heard me right. I called my son back to me and went straight to the office to talk to the lady there. I asked her to tell the man de delete pictures taken she replies "why don't you go ask him yourself tight now?" I said the man is obviously unstable and I was not feeling safe. She them said "what do you expect me to do, to force him to delete his pictures?" I replied perhaps just ask him politely to start with and take it from there, yes. She didn't seem to be willing to help at all (she was in her 20's so no wonder she has no clue) in this situation that she couldn't handle. She started worrying about him getting upset, as he is a REGULAR COSTUMER there, so I suggested perhaps she should call her manager. Eventually the manager was being called. She took my contact number, and promise to keep me updated on what happens when he is been asked to remove the pictures.
In the mean time I called the police, which by the way were absolutely amazing. They took it very seriously and sent me a police officer straight away at home.
A couple of hours later I received a call from the swimming pool and the manager tell me he agreed to delete the pictures and was given his second warning, as this was NOT THE FIRST TIME!
She also informs me that if that happens again he will be banned from the pool.
I am so worried for our little ones going there knowing he can be there anytime on the hunt.
Please be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love it there. Pools are beautiful what a great location. Something needs to be done about the front desk, only one person serving and they get a phone call, we then have to wait 10 minutes until they are finished on the phone??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't happy that it was Sunday and we went for a relaxing swim with the kids and there was singing going in that was so loud your ears hurt! We all got out and went home early. That's what you have in a bar not a pool!! No one looked particularly happy either. It's meant to be a relaxing place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to go for a swim with the kids or family. Staff are friendly, photographers on site, great amenities and right smack bang under the mount makes for a beautiful backdrop. Pool temperatures are suited for the seasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place. We were there with kids. It has adult spa pools, a warm pool and a bigger not that hot pool which is perfect if someone dont like or can not handle too hot water. There is also a pool for little ones with cute little slide, looks like a tower/palace. Nice and tidy changing rooms, with a hairdryer:) Great rainy day activity too as the pools are nice warm.:)
