Garlic bread 1slice of bread cut in half with melted cheese on top but no taste of garlic that cost $10 . The overall dining experience was marred by these factors. We have often dined at this place with previous owners and enjoyed that but wont be going there again UPDATE: Was willing to give you another go.sadly was worse than before. Meals order day before should have been out at 5.30pm didn't start dripping out till 7.30 not table by table but two here then another1 my meal arrived just as the rest of the table were finishing then to salty to eat.no cutlery brought out with meals when we asked for them were given a basket which we had to sort out as knives all on bottom so we all handled the cutlery in this day and age with covid this is not a good practice . Poorly planned for a large group. Over all not a good experience. Would not recommend.

I recommend this to anyone wanting a great feed in a lovely environment, where you can take your time to enjoy. My photos on my camera died. I think the sd card failed - so lacking the good pictures of the food we had, except the amazing cheesecake - home made lovely ricotta
K	Kay Robertson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this place is a real find In Waipukarau. We visited while staying at the local camping grounds, it’s a two minute walk up the road. The staff could not be nicer, they treated us like royalty. The food was yum, so yum we went back the next night. Highlights were the three roaring fires scattered around and the eclectic music played. And of course the helpful staff……

Service quite good considering the staff were very busy as the dining area was full. We booked a table so I would advise booking beforehand if you are considering going here. Cheers.
