She says: I booked our class with Katherine, for our wedding anniversary. A really fantastic couples thing to do, we both love cooking and are eager to learn new flavors and cooking styles. Katherine is a natural teacher, with such a positive energy and enthusiasm, that we felt at total ease in her company. Our class consisted of both demonstrations and hands on, with loads of tips and knowledge shared. We would definitely recommend Coriander Lime Kitchen to everyone, and we will definitely be back to learn more. I can verify that the leftovers that my parents brought he were delicious, and they have not stopped bragging about this place to their friends and family, they are already advising others to go!

The time went so quickly. Katherine has a great energy and kept things upbeat. Answered all of our questions. This is mostly a demonstration rather than a hands on experience. It is a great learning opportunity and you get yummy food at the end. Yayyyyyy!!!
