About Cornucopia The Organic Shop
Our staff are a dedicated bunch and include naturopaths, a herbalist and nutritionist. Some are full time, others part-time but they all share our passion for health, wellbeing, organic food and the local community.
Tina - Naturopath
Tina McOnie is our longest serving naturopath. She has worked at Cornucopia for 9 years and is one of several naturopaths on our staff. Tina has a warm and friendly personality, and is always happy to talk with customers about their health enquries. She has a Diploma in Naturopathy and is also qualified in reflexology, iridology, massage therapy and counselling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop here regularly and like the product range but the service is very hit and miss. Some staff are lovely and very helpful and others are not! My last experience was someone abrupt and rude, having a conversation with her co-worker while serving me. Also I discovered once I got home and looked at the receipt that she didn't apply the 10% discount on Living Nature that they advertise, and I usually get. The products are available at many places, it is the service that brings people back... or not.
Hi Kaye, I don't know the person's name sorry, but I was in my lunch break so it would've been between 12 and 1pm. It is very kind of you to offer a free product, but I don't feel that's necessary if you are going to remind staff about good service. Hopefully those who need reminding will know, because as I said, there are also some very nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The usual emphasis on "organic" offerings and always worth a visit from omnivores or even carnivores. There is a wide variety of bulk bin contents (build your own muesli for example). Disclaimer - I wish the perps would find a better name pretty much since anything not inorganic is organic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than the first lady I spoke to it was a shame that the staff were unhelpful and rude. Having being dealt with abruptly by one staff member to then have another (after I had been served) jump in with an opinion on how it requires "work" to be sustainable was really not necessary and I left feeling a bit shabby. If a shop doesn't make me feel good or at the very least neutral when I leave, I won't return.
