★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge Congrats to the team at 'Flowers by Tanya' fulfilling my floral request to ‘Ma’ on her 90th Birthday recently.
She was absolutely thrilled with the Iris bouquet and thankyou for your personalised service.
It is difficult enough not being there due to Covid restrictions to celebrate with her but beautiful to know we could make her feel special.
Everyone with whom I had privilege of being in contact whether by phone or email was kind and accommodating.
Something which is often missing in a large company set up these days.
Will definitely recommend ‘Flowers by Tanya’ to all back in NZ and our friends here in Australia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant service. Very welcoming and helpful. The flowers were delivered to the hospital, but due to the hospital covid rules they were not delivered directly to the patient, by the courier.
The recipient was discharged before getting the flowers also.
I made one phone call to the florist, and it was sorted. The florist staff, found out what had happened to the flowers.
Although it was not the florists fault they
were very apologetic, and arranged another delivery to the home address, at no extra cost to me. I will be using this florist again, should the need arise, but will keep in mind the covid restrictions. Thanks again for the excellent service.?
