★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time and will be the last time to visit this store.Totally disappointed by the poor customer service which I will actually call it absolutely no service. As a sales assistant, you can't behave like this because you value yourself like nothing, I feel sorry for this brand. Worst shopping experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this shop and Commercial Bay in particular... They found my KW sunglasses and hunted me down at my hotel. Legend. And of course, I purchased. But did that before I knew how they were prepared to go the extra mile... Thank you - just awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the ever worst experience in the Commercial Bay COS store. Such famous fashion brand's store is being run so unprofessionally and customers are treated so poorly...
Asked the staff member to take the dress off the mannequin for me to try as this one was the only my size available. Was surprised when told that it is not possible and they will not give me that dress..The mannequin was in the centre of the store's floor and obviously it was not a big deal to take the dress if asked...
Finally the manager who appeared after i have asked for him a few times, took the dress off. It fitted perfectly but i had no desire to buy it after what had happened.
If the COS's marketing team checks up on how this store (franchise I suppose) is being run in regards to the customer service, that would be great. Looking forward to seeing some improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, happy when you first go in wanting to try things on but the assistant very quickly turned downright rude when I decided none of the items suited me.
Totally put off shopping there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovered COS in Melbourne and have garments which are eight seasons old. Staff are a mixed bag, but recently had a wonderful experince where they kept the store open later and let me play.
