★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a campsite,we love the place.It was very quiet and clean.If they could add more kettle in the communal kitchen so we dont need to queue for it. Overall, still a nice place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to book with Cosy Cottage last minute after our original reservation at a different park was lost. We booked and were able to arrive within an hour with no issues.
The room was clean when we arrived. We booked one of the cabins with a queen bed, kitchen, private bath and toilet. There was a window in the shower which was frosted but I found it very strange for a placement? We were provided with 2 towels and a thin bath mat towel. The fridge was set to the coldest setting when we arrived so ALL our food was frozen solid within a few hours. We had to change the settings to unfreeze everything.
Wifi is very limited and the strength is weak. You have to pay for wifi but are given free 300mb per 24 hours. The wifi kept disconnecting from our room.
Spa is OK and clean. There is a regular small pool and 2 hot tubs from what I could see. Both have limited hours, especially the hot tub as they drain it and fill it up throughout the day.
Had little to no interaction with staff. If you are booking to same cabin as us please be warned that it is right next to the cleaning and maintenence shed. As late as 9 and 10 pm we heard things bring dragged and loud banging from the staff. This surprised me as quiet time is after 9pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cabin ensuite: I do NOT recommend to stay in summer as it is extremely hot in the room (it was like a sauna all day and night even with windows/door open and fan on). There is no air-conditioning, there was a fan but didn't help at all with the heat (the fan was also super loud, like an aeroplane in the room). There were ash trays right outside the doors which encourages people to smoke at their door ways instead of going away from the building. We were next to a couple that were smoking every 20 minutes so our children often got a good second hand ciggy during our stay! The top bunk is also not child friendly or safe, easy to fall off as the rail is low and mattress is thick. The toilet was very weak to flush, even after several flushes the toilet paper would still be floating in the toilet. My partner had to use the shared toilet as he was worried it might block. Everything in the room was outdated and old but was to be expected I guess.
On a positive note the room was well equipped with heaters so would be great in winter. Beds were comfy. Pool was great to cool off. Didn't get to try the 3 hot pools as it was hot the whole stay. Facility was very clean and tidy I must say and the cleaner lady was lovely. We also had the park right outside our room.

The free mud pools and hot spring area leading to the lakefront beach were fantastic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's clean and tidy. The 2 bedroom room is very warm luckily it is going into winter when we stayed. Very standard rooms, they give you a towel each for your stay but they don't replace them, they charge for replacing towels. No face cloths either!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice quiet campground. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean facilities - bathrooms, hot pools.
Good showers - good pressure and very hot. Couldn't smell the sulphur much. Nice little walk to small beach through back gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed at the tent site , Cheap only 40 dollars a night. Maybe no suitable for larger tent as the site is on the smaller size. They have pool and hot pool. Nice and fresh and not crowded when we were there. Clean facilities. Kitchen has microwave , stove, fridge. They have some pots and pans but I would definitely bring my own to be on the safe side.
We will be going back.
