★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usual shopping target when in town. Everything I expect from a Countdown store. I usually shop in Highland Park. I hope can contain pricing during inflation pressure. I'm not affected but my voracious grandkids in Cambridge will suffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been shopping there for 5 years and this morning experienced the worst customer service from staff. They ask to be kind to staff but respect is two ways, to be told by staff they have more important things to do than help till customers out, when 3 of the staff are just standing at the main desk chatting, I am sorry that is bad customer service. Besides surely the customer is the one spending money there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in tonight for some snacks, asked a few people where things were as not a local, they didn't have Gatorade and it did take 3 people to figure it out but one was in training so not his fault. They should list online if they are out of stock with products,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you sort out your employees :) I’ve been going to this countdown for years. Today went in about 10:30am and had one employee rush around the corner almost in to me the continued to look at the other employee working beside where I was walk a said along the lines of ‘ffs why are people always in the way here’.
Sorry if it’s busier than your usual day and you have issues handling that but I’d rather go to new world where they’re actually nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to this store for more than 4 years, but had a bad experience a week ago, shopping in the evening, when there seemed to be a trip to the shops for the unmasked....out of the maybe 50 customers in the shop, I reckon at least 15 didn't have a mask on......masks are supposedly still required to enter this store...yeah right. The staff didn't seem to be doing anything about it....but I guess I don't really blame them because they've probably received loads of abuse over the past couple of years. The security guard outside seemed to be either bored or asleep, I couldn't tell. Compared to some other businesses that take their customers' safety seriously, this store is quite happy to take your money, but just do lipservice to safety.
