★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really awful customer service and the mentally challenged cleaners make for a very depressing experience. It would definitely be a good idea to treat returning customers with respect and decency but this seems to be to much for this bunch of rejects. I will shop elsewhere from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing labelled with correct prices,especially vege dept,have had to return rotten meat twice,plus milk often not stored correctly,not good enough range of products,also the reduced products,even on the last day of their use by date are only ever reduced by a few dollars,unlike other countdowns that mark stuff right down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No issues, fantastic assistance when I cannot locate products, always have what I need, shelves generally well stocked. Using the app is also a great assistance - straight to the relevant isle based on the shopping list, no mucking around, straight in, get items, pay and out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visitor. Found parking was easy. Lots of different areas. Lots of cars parked but plenty of room on the grass and sandy beach to sit and enjoy the surroundings. People using canoes etc for fishing. Parents and children enjoying the water. Great place to take the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deeply disappointed with the countdown “cracker selection” pack for $3.00. Crackers were overly dry and bland.
Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that it is not possible to leave product reviews on your website.
Other than this good store tho :)
