Good to see hombrand items from parent company stocked - as there are good price points and value associated with them.
Remember your bags and to return your Trundler to it's parking spot ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start with, not impressed with the grey-haired lady with the foul attitude towards customers, deliberately dropping food items on the floor. Telling customers where to place food items. She has also been seen many times being nasty towards fellow employees. Hiring someone with that attitude gives the company a bad reputation as well as loss of customers. She is ill-mannered. Why employ someone like that is beyond me. Other than that, the supermarket is okay.

I'm a 72 year old recently retired male. That said I found myself in your wonderful shop..rather at a loss. The reason for this "at a loss" has no bearing on your shop at all.i had set myself the task of finding bay leaves,thyme sprigs,can of chopped tomatoes and finally tomato paste. I won't print what I was thinking , anyway I spotted one of your staff doing what she was doing. Anyway I asked her where I could find the bay leaves. To cut a long story short ,this wonderful lady (Louise) insisted that she would help me find all of the above list. My relief was instant , I will sat without the help of Louise I would still be hunting. This young lady is a asset to your business and well worth some kind of recognition.

They have been jacking the prices since before Christmas!
Shocking how much we have to pay now. Loyalty doesnt pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many people trying to check out so lines were far too long. Not enough staff with capacity to deal with issues on the checkout.
When the self service checkout isn't working properly a member of staff should be present. No staff were around to sort out the issue so I could have walked out without anyone noticing. Won't be going back. These checkouts don't say time only staff wages.
